   2.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by the Store.
   2.4. The Store reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the returned items do not meet the above criteria or if the return is made after the 14-day period.
